Job Description

Lead the outbound sales role for the organization
Take ownership and responsibility to go in Field and follow-up with the
prospective Clients/Distributors/Dealers.
Manage individual leads; explain the value proposition of Ensure
Chemicals to the Distributors/Dealers/Clients.
Manage the relationship with the Distributors/Super Stockist/ Dealers
Enable Sales and help address any queries
dentify operational issues and work to resolve problems
Provide suggestions to improvise on sales and marketing strategies
Evolve and contribute towards sales protocols and training modules
