1. Negotiate & collect over dues from customers.
2. Assist in formulation of targets for individual & teams as per Strategies outline.
3. Measure performances as per the defined key metrics.
4. Monitor and control Delinquency and Credit Losses for Consumer Bank products
5. Ensure follow-up on all Return Cheques for resolution including Sec 138 of NI Act
6. Ensure legal recourse and follow up on delinquent accounts where applicable
7. Ability to identify & mitigate frauds by assisting Fraud Control unit in investigation
8. Ability to manage as per company policy & be Audit compliant.
